UtekaTerms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of Uteka: Daily Brain Quest ("Uteka", "the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. The app
Uteka is a puzzle game for entertainment. It is not a medical, clinical, educational-assessment or IQ tool, and we make no claims that it improves memory, intelligence or health.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes, in line with these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from (Google Play or the App Store). You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.
3. Pro (in-app purchase)
- Pro is an optional one-time purchase. The daily quests and Adventure worlds remain free without it.
- Payments, refunds and billing are handled by Google Play or Apple under their terms. Refund requests go to the store you bought from.
- Pro is linked to your store account. Use "Restore purchases" in the app to unlock it again on a new install or device.
- Features included in Pro may change over time; we won't remove the core value you paid for without good reason.
4. Ads
Free players may choose to watch rewarded ads for hints. Ads are provided by third parties (Google AdMob), and we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites they link to.
5. Your progress
Game progress is stored only on your device. We have no copy of it and cannot restore it if it is lost, for example after uninstalling, clearing storage or changing phones. Changing your device's date, time or time zone can affect daily quests and streaks.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the app in a way that breaks the law, interferes with the app or the ad and purchase services, or tries to unlock paid features without paying.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, change or stop parts of the app at any time. We try to keep the app working well, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
9. Privacy

10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
